Manager of AMIDEX35 Mutual Fund
Mr. Rahav, the Manager of the AMIDEX35 Mutual Fund, is the former Chief Economist of the State of Israel Ministry of Finance in New York. He is a former TASE trader and a fund manager, and holds an MBA (with distinguished honors) from the New York Institute of Technology, an Investment Adviser Diploma and Analyst Diploma from the Tel Aviv University, and a Trader Certificate from the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Mr. Rahav is a partner in TNI.

Andrea Cramer Fiest
Ms. Fiest was an International Derivatives Specialist with the law firm of SG Warburg & Co. Inc. (currently Warburg Dillon Read) from 1994 to 1995. From 1987 to 1994, she was an attorney with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Ms. Fiest received her B.A. Degree from Dickinson College in 1979, her J.D. from Temple University School of Law, in 1982, and her L.L.M. in taxation from New York University in 1986.
*Former Congressman Jon Fox
Congressman Fox served for four years in the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Pennsylvanias 13th District. He served on both the International Relations Committee and the House Committee on Banking and Financial Services. His extensive record of civic service includes serving on the Board of the Jewish Community Relations Council. Mr. Fox served in the United States Air Force Reserves, and received his law degree from the Delaware Law School. Mr. Fox has traveled to Israel on many occasions, including a trip with President Clinton.
Clifford A. Goldstein
Mr. Goldstein has been Managing Partner of Weber, Goldstein, Greenberg, Gallagher, a Pennsylvania general litigation firm, since 1991. He received his B.A. from Temple University in 1978, and his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1982. Mr. Goldstein is President of TransNations Investments, LLC, the Fund's Advisor.

Mr. Harish is a Former Israeli Minister of Trade and Industry. He is Currently Chairman of the Board of Deloitte, Touche Management Consulting Israel, Ltd and Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Information Technology Association of Israel. Mr. Harish has been retired since 1995.
Richard D. Heideman, Esq.
Mr. Heideman is the President of Bnai Brith International, the worlds largest Jewish organization. He also serves as President of the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce, Inc. of Washington, DC. Mr. Heideman is a graduate of the University of Michigan, The National Law Center of the George Washington University, attended the National College of Criminal Defense Lawyers in Houston, Texas and completed the American University Law and Policy Institute at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. He founded his law firm in 1973 and has also practiced law with the trial law firm of Spence, Moriarity & Schuster in Jackson, Wyoming. Mr. Heideman, with his wife Phyllis, served as Celebration Co-Chairs for the 1998 Embassy of Israel 50th Anniversary Celebration at Union Station, Washington, DC.
H. Scott Herrin
Mr. H. Scott Herrin - Herrin Mr. Herrin graduated from Amherst Collage with a BA in economics and received his Juris Doctorate from the Harvard Law School. After serving as President of Klearfold, Inc. Mr. Herrin became a Director and Consultant to the IMPAC Group, an international packaging and printing corporation.
Brian Klazmer
Mr. Klazmer is a Principal of the Klazmer Financial Group, a Philadelphia financial services and insurance firm. He received his B.A. degree from Dickinson College in 1980, and his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1983. Mr. Klazmer has a Series 7 Registered Representative License and is also licensed for the sale of life and health insurance.
*Yehoshua Maor
Mr. Maor is a Hebrew University Graduate in Mathematics and Physics. During the 1960s, he served as a Deputy Commander of the Israel Defense Forces Central Computer Unit and as a Member of the Ministry of Finances Supreme Computerization Committee. In 1971, Mr. Maor became the head of IBM Israels Government, Education and Healthcare Area, and in 1984, he became the CEO of IBM Israel. He later became the Chairperson of IBM Israels Board and a Chairperson of its Research Center. Between 1986-1991, Mr. Maor served as President of the Israel-America Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he is a Member of the Tel Aviv Universitys Executive Committee, a Member of the Board of the Technions Board of Curators, a Chairperson for the Weitzman Institutes Executive Committee, and a Chairperson of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.
Ami Miron
Mr. Miron is Chairman, President, and CEO of MoreCom, a Pennsylvania based digital convergence technology, TV and Internet solutions company. Educated at the Technion, Columbia University and Polytechnic University, Mr. Miron was previously a Vice President with General Instruments, a Division Leader at Phillips Labs.
Zach Oppenheimer
Mr. Zach Oppenheimer is Fannie Mae's senior vice president for its Northeastern Regional Office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Fannie Mae in 1983, Mr. Oppenheimer was a savings manager and corporate lending supervisor at Progress Savings Bank in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Mr. Oppenheimer is a member of Fannie Mae's Operating Committee. He serves on the boards of several community and religious organizations. Mr. Oppenheimer has completed post-graduate courses at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He received a master of business administration degree from Drexel University and a bachelor of business administration degree from Temple University.
Dr. Moshe Porat
Dr. Porat received his BA and his MBA (Magna cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Temple University. On faculty at Temple University in Philadelphia since 1979, he was appointed Dean of the Fox School of Business and Management in 1996. Dr. Porat serves on the Board of the Pan America Group, the Willis Corroon National Risk Management Board, the New Risk Managers National Committee, and the American Risk and Insurance Board. He has served as a consultant to major law firms, accounting and insurance firms, and government agencies in the U.S. and in Israel.
*Prof. Zehev Tadmor
Prof. Tadmor is the former President of the Technion Institute of Technology, former Member of the council for Higher Education, and a former Member of the U.S.-Israel Blue Ribbon Commission of the Bi-National Science Foundation. Currently Prof. Tadmor is the chairman of the Technions S. Neaman Institute of Advanced Studies in Science & Technology, a Member of the Technions Board of Governors, a Member of the U.S.-Israel Science & Technology Commission, Advisory Board and Steering Committee, and a Member of the Board of Haifa Chemicals Ltd. Prof. Tadmor has received an impressive number of international awards, ranging from entry into the University of Akrons Hall of Fame to the Albert Einstein Award. He has published almost 100 articles, publications, and books in the areas of science and engineering.

Mr. Tira received his LLB Degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1993. He has been a Principal and Director of Fertile Crescent Initiatives, Ltd., a Tel-Aviv, Israel financial management firm, since 1997, and from 1993 to 1997 was an attorney at the firm of Lipa Meir & Company, in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Mr. Tira is Vice President of TransNations Investments, LLC, the Fund's Advisor.
*Congressman Robert Wexler
Congressman Wexler was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1996, and re-elected in 1998 without opposition. He represents a unique district in South Florida that includes Palm Beach County and Boca Raton. He serves on both the Judiciary Committee and the International Relations Committee. Congressman Wexler traveled with Secretary of State Madeline Albright on her Middle East Peace Mission, and was the only member of the House of Representatives present for the Wye River Peace Agreement. Congressman Wexler earned his law degree at George Washington University Law School.
Theodore A. Young, Esq.
Mr. Young earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He now practices Securities and Business Law at the prominent firm of Fox Rothchild OBrien & Frankel. He has participated in international transactions, including deals in China, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, and Israel. Mr. Young has served as President of the Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce and is Secretary of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. He previously served as National Chairman of the United Jewish Appeal Young Leadership Cabinet.
